Hospital Hit With $3.2 Million Verdict in Montgomery County Over Vein Implant Death

Attorneys Robert F. Morris and Seth D. Wilson, both of Morris Wilson in Plymouth Meeting, secured a $3.2 million verdict against a Montgomery County hospital for the family of a man who died after a vein implant designed to stop blood clots migrated to his heart resulting in fatal cardiac arrest. After a nine-day trial, the jury found the three doctors and Mercy Suburban Hospital negligent in their care of Ernest Lucchesi according to The Legal Intelligencer.
