Seth D. Wilson

In 2000, Seth D. Wilson obtained his undergraduate degree in International Affairs from Lafayette College before graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a focus on trial advocacy. Today he represents clients throughout state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Wilson has obtained positive verdicts in many jury and nonjury trials, including several multi-million dollar verdicts.
Mr. Wilson lives with his wife and two children in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. He is a past appointed member of the Springfield Township Environmental Advisory Commission. He volunteers with the Montgomery Child Advocacy Program by providing free representation to children who have been abused. Mr. Wilson also teaches a Civics class to 6th graders in the Norristown School District as part of the Liberty & Law program.

In 2015, Mr. Wilson was selected as a “Lawyer on the Fast Track” by the Legal Intelligencer. He has also been chosen as a “Top 40 Under 40” lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. For the past 5 consecutive years he has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.
Memberships & Associations
Mr. Wilson is active in many professional and legal organizations. He is on the Board of the Montgomery Bar Foundation, which provides funding and grants to organizations which foster access to just programs in Montgomery County. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He was the Editor of the Montgomery County Law Reporter and had an article published in Trial Magazine, an American Association for Justice publication. Attorney Wilson is former Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section, current Chair of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, the Secretary of the Trial Lawyers Section, and a member of the Bench Bar Committee.
