Seth D. Wilson, Partner
Seth is widely recognized by his peers in Montgomery County as the go-to attorney to litigate claims on behalf of plaintiffs who have been critically injured, or companies involved in complex business disputes. As the current Secretary of the Montgomery Bar Association and member of the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, he is well respected in the legal community. Seth receives regular referrals from other attorneys who know his experience and track record of achieving multi-million dollar jury verdicts.
Since graduating in 2003 from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a focus on trial advocacy, Seth has earned a reputation as a seasoned courtroom litigator. He is never afraid to fight for his clients and take a matter to trial if it means getting just compensation for the seriously injured, or protecting the financial interests of the companies that he represents. Defense attorneys and insurance companies alike know that Seth will work to get the best possible results for his clients.
Seth represents individuals and businesses throughout state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Outside the Courtroom
Seth lives with his wife and two daughters in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County. In his spare time, he is passionate about helping Montgomery County residents better navigate the legal system by:
- volunteering with the Montgomery Child Advocacy Program to provide free representation to children who have been abused, and
- teaching a civics class to 6th graders in the Norristown School District as part of the Liberty & Law program.
Seth also mentors high school students in Philadelphia through the Philadelphia Futures program.
